The cold room consists of prefabricated walls made of sandwich panels, covered with galvanized steel sheets painted with oven-baked paint or stainless steel, with a heat transfer coefficient of (0.18 K Cal/H·m²·°C).
Cold room floors are reinforced with a layer of plywood and fiberglass (PLY-Wood).
The traditional insulation system for cold storage floors consists of a layer of liquid bitumen, followed by a layer of insulating material, and then two layers of polystyrene boards (blue foam). These layers are known for their durability and ability to withstand pressure, with a density reaching 36 kg/m³, followed by a plastic layer.
Curved PVC sections are installed between ceilings, walls, and floors to prevent bacterial formation.
Additional internal fittings such as shelves, meat hanging rails, and other accessories can be installed according to the client’s requirements. ❄️🏗️
